I tried many ways to stretch my body. However, in every method I tried, I missed something.. I’ve been dreamed of how nice it would be if somebody would pull my legs and arms in all four directions and pull me and really stretch me across my whole body..
Then my dream became a reality. I saw on YouTube an ancient Slavic tool called a ‘Pravilo’. Translated into English it would mean ‘Corrector’ or ‘Adjustor’.
Pravilo is an ancient Slavic health tool translated into English it would mean ‘Corrector’ or ‘Adjustor’.Pravilo holistically stretches all of your myofascial tracks across your body like nothing else!It stretches every joint, tendon, ligament, muscle and fascia between your toes and fingers. Normally it’s quite difficult to stretch the spine, but with the Pravilo you stretch your spine safely in a really natural way. It takes the pressure of bodyweight which pushes us down all the time whether we stand or sit. Pravilo also strengthens us in unique ways…Firstly, passively, when you just hang down on your tendons, ligaments, joints and bones..In the beginning, you feel nice and warm across your body.., later on, your tendons start burning – that’s the moment when it makes you stronger. Then you can also actively contract your muscles what lift you higher or turn you.The Pravilo pulls from every corner equally, so if you have an imbalance in your body it will naturally balance your body. Our bodies naturally shrink and crystalise. The Pravilo slow this process down, or even reverses it. It expands you. It opens our bodies and increases the flow of Jang energy.Unfortunately, nearly every human tool can be used well or badly. The same as fire, knife or electricity, the Pravilo has been used to torture and kill. Now is the time to use it nicely to heal and develop our power.I believe that every traditional culture had the same methods to keep the body vital and healthy. From India, we have Yoga, from China Qi-Kung.Pravilo is a really nice contribution from the Slavic world. We are lucky that we live in an age when we have access to the knowledge of many cultures, so we can take all that knowledge to be healthy and to vitalise us.I could write a few pages about the Pravilo, but the best idea is to find the closest one to you and test it. The feeling is indescribable. I could explain the training but as usual, the best way is to try it.The good news is that I have built one in Tunbridge Wells & one is under construction in London!Music – a new beginning – bensound.com

Pravilo holistically stretches all of your myofascial tracks across your body like nothing else!
It stretches every joint, tendon, ligament, muscle and fascia between your toes and fingers.
Normally it’s quite difficult to stretch the spine, but with the Pravilo you stretch your spine safely in a really natural way. It takes the pressure of bodyweight which pushes us down all the time whether we stand or sit.
Pravilo also strengthens us in unique ways…
Firstly, passively, when you just hang down on your tendons, ligaments, joints and bones..
In the beginning, you feel nice and warm across your body.., later on, your tendons start burning – that’s the moment when it makes you stronger.
Then you can also actively contract your muscles what lift you higher or turn you.
The Pravilo pulls from every corner equally, so if you have an imbalance in your body it will naturally balance your body.
Our bodies naturally shrink and crystalise. The Pravilo slow this process down, or even reverses it. It expands you. It opens our bodies and increases the flow of Jang energy.
Unfortunately, nearly every human tool can be used well or badly. The same as fire, knife or electricity, the Pravilo has been used to torture and kill.
Now is the time to use it nicely to heal and develop our power.
I believe that every traditional culture had the same methods to keep the body vital and healthy.
From India, we have Yoga, from China Qi-Kung.
Pravilo is a really nice contribution from the Slavic world.
We are lucky that we live in an age when we have access to the knowledge of many cultures, so we can take all that knowledge to be healthy and to vitalise us.
I could write a few pages about the Pravilo, but the best idea is to find the closest one to you and test it. The feeling is indescribable. I could explain the training but as usual, the best way is to try it.
The good news is that I have built one in Tunbridge Wells & one is under construction in London!
