As a critical thinker, I can neither confirm nor deny whether power structures are dispersing certain substances into our atmosphere*.

*It astonishes me how people can follow a logical process within rational thinking and conclude that nothing is happening! Do they truly know about every action of every single person?! I would also like to know what evidence those who “know” that this is happening are basing their claims on.

If geoengineering** is not taking place here, why not ban it – as Florida did***?
It would greatly reassure people, improve trust in politicians, and allow us to focus on other important matters…

I therefore propose enshrining the “right to clean air, free from deliberately released substances” in the Constitution, as well as in Human Rights law itself.

Can you think of any objections to protecting nature and our health from deliberately released substances?

**e.g. weather modification and cloud seeding.

***Florida law, 2025:

• prohibits the release of substances into the atmosphere for the purpose of influencing weather, climate, or solar radiation,
• introduces fines of up to $100,000 and possible imprisonment,
• requires airports to report aircraft equipped for geoengineering or weather modification,
• revokes existing cloud seeding permits in Florida.
